📄 Terms & Conditions – AutoShine Mobile Car Detailing

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AutoShine Mobile Car Detailing’s services and website (autoshine.pro). By using our services, booking online, or interacting with our business, you agree to these terms.

🧼 1. Services Provided

AutoShine Mobile Car Detailing offers mobile auto detailing services including but not limited to:

• Interior detailing

• Exterior detailing

• Paint correction

• Ceramic coating

• Engine bay cleaning

• Headlight restoration

• Monthly memberships

All services are performed at the customer’s location unless otherwise arranged.

📅 2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by text.

• We require at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

• In case of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule service.

🚗 3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle and location information

• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service

• Ensure we have access to your vehicle at the scheduled time

• Notify us of any sensitive vehicle features (e.g. aftermarket wraps, electronics, etc.)

💰 4. Payments

• Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.

• We accept cash, credit/debit, Zelle, and select digital payment apps.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.

🛠️ 5. Service Limitations

• We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe or the vehicle is in unsuitable condition.

• Some stains, odors, scratches, or damage may not be fully removable.

• All results vary depending on vehicle age, materials, and condition.

📦 6. Mobile Service Policy

We provide mobile detailing within 30 miles of Arlington Heights, IL.
If you’re outside this range, an additional travel fee may apply or we may decline service.

🎁 7. Promotions & Gift Cards

• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

• Gift cards are valid for any service and do not expire.

• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

🔐 8. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected (phone, email, address, etc.) is used solely for communication, service delivery, or promotional updates (if opted-in). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

⚠️ 9. Liability

AutoShine is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to the vehicle or components

• Malfunctions unrelated to detailing (e.g., electrical issues, aftermarket systems)

• Lost personal items left in the vehicle

We are fully insured and take every reasonable precaution to protect your property.

🔄 10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the current version.
